  3. Domestic Shipping: Expect delivery within 3-7 business days for standard shipping in the U.S.

  4. International Shipping: Delivery times vary for international orders. Please note, international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

  5. Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping method and destination.

  6. Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

  7. Damaged or Lost Orders: Please contact us immediately if your order is damaged in transit or if you suspect it's lost.

Return & Exchange Policy

For items damaged within 30 days, contact us with photos to assess refund/exchange eligibility. If shipment issues caused significant defects, the item might qualify for a refund/exchange. Always reach out before returning items.

Partial refunds are considered when:

  • Items are damaged/not in good condition due to non-company related issues.

  • Shipments are marked delivered but claimed missing (contact your local post office first).

  • Wrong address due to customer error without prior correction.

Refund decisions and amounts are at our discretion.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll email you confirmation and process the refund for the product price, excluding taxes and shipping. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 1-5 banking days.

If your refund is delayed, recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company. Delays can occur before a refund is posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at getgoldengrowth@gmail.com.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items, which are not refundable. Should you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted. Delivery times for exchanged products vary by location.

For items valued over $75, consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
